Crofton Halloween Parade Cancelled - Costume Contest to be held at CES The Crofton Halloween Parade scheduled for Saturday, October 28 has been cancelled due to weather. The Halloween Costume Contest and refreshments will be held at Crofton Elementary School. The school will open for registration from 10:00-11:00a.m. The festivities will begin at 11:00a.m. and run until noon.Archives
